Jamshedpur, Nov 6: The Inter-Department Pickleball Tournament organized at Srinath University, Jamshedpur, for faculty members concluded with a vibrant display of energy, enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The event brought together teachers from various departments.
In the Men’s Doubles category, Suryajeet Singh and Radhe Shyam Tiwary emerged champions, demonstrating outstanding teamwork and precision on the court. The runners-up were Dr. Mritunjay Mahato and Dr. Amit Kumar Singh, while Dr. Sumit Rastogi and Avinash Kumar secured the third spot.
The Men’s Singles title was bagged by Suryajeet Singh. Avinash Kumar finished runner-up and Dr. Mritunjay Mahato claimed the third spot.
In the Women’s Singles Jayshreemaa Biswal took away the Women’s title while Dr. Puja Gupta secured the runner-up position.
The university administration extended congratulations to all winners and participants for their performances and team spirit. The event aimed to foster fitness, camaraderie and a healthy competitive spirit among faculty members.
