Jamshedpur, Nov 5: The six-day Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav at the newly constructed Jhunjhunu Maharani Shri-Shri Rani Sati Dadi Ji, Lakhdatar Shri Shyam Prabhu and Salasar Shri Balaji Maharaj Temple (Narayani Dham) within the Sonari Bhootnath Temple complex continued with grandeur on its fifth day, Wednesday, drawing hundreds of devotees eager for their first glimpse of the deities following a magnificent decoration ceremony.
The morning began with the tilak and first adornment of Lord Shyam Prabhu in the presence of Jittu Ji Maharaj, the priest from Shri Khatu Dham Shyam Temple. As part of the rituals, twenty members of the Narayani Seva Trust, along with their spouses, performed the Pran Pratishtha and Chhappan Bhog puja at 8 a.m. After the havan (sacred fire ritual), devotees had the opportunity to receive the first darshan of the deities.

Under the guidance of Deepak Purohit, eight priests from Varanasi conducted the day’s rituals, including the havan and special pujas. In the afternoon, a grand feast (bhandaara) was organized, in which thousands of devotees partook of the prasad.
Starting at 7 p.m., the Hanuman Chalisa recitation, Salasar Balaji bhajans and the Dev Deepawali celebration were held with great fervor.
Sanjeev Sharma from Gupt Kashi (Sonbhadra), mesmerized the audience with his bhajans dedicated to Salasar Balaji, Khatu Shyam Ji and Rani Sati Dadi, beginning his performance with a Ganesh Vandana. His renditions created a deeply spiritual atmosphere, filling the temple grounds with devotion and joy.
On the sixth and final day, Thursday, November 6, following the regular morning prayers, devotees will be treated to an evening of divine music with Vivek Sharma from Kolkata, who will perform bhajans dedicated to Shyam Baba from 6 p.m. onwards. A large crowd of devotees is expected to attend this concluding celebration.
The fifth-days program was organized and managed by Rajkumar Sanghi, Rajkumar Chanduka, Kailash Saraiwala, Bimal Gupta, Rajesh Garg, Lalit Saraiwal, Ramratan Kauntia, Sandeep Mittal, Amit Gupta (Chanduka), Vijay Mittal, Sandeep Goyal, Roopak Pasari, Anil Agarwal, Manoj Agarwal, Sudhir Agarwal, Ashish Agarwal and others.
