Jamshedpur, Jan 28: Srinath University has achieved a significant placement milestone with fifteen of its Diploma Engineering students securing campus placements at Lenskart, one of India’s leading eyewear brands.
The achievement has filled the university campus with a sense of pride and celebration among students, faculty, and the placement team.
According to Subhodeep Bhadra, Director of Placements at Srinath University, the recruitment drive was conducted in virtual mode, during which Lenskart selected fifteen students after a rigorous evaluation process.
The successful candidates include Kanak Palit, Rajkumar Dubey, Prince Kumar, Manoj Kumar Mahto, Ritesh Kumar, Karan Kumar Yadav, Jaki Ahmed, Avinash Gop, Sarth Das, Karan Mahto, Shashi Gop, Manish Lakra, Somanath Prasad Shahdev, Suman Dutta, and Piyush Singh.
Congratulating the students on their accomplishment, Chancellor Sukhdev Mahto expressed confidence in their bright future.
He stated that the achievement reflects the university’s strong focus on industry-oriented, skill-based, and employment-driven education.
He also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the Placement Cell in creating meaningful career opportunities for students.
Vice Chancellor Prof. S. N. Singh also extended his congratulations to the selected students, noting that their placement in a reputed company like Lenskart underscores the university’s commitment to quality education and its multidimensional academic approach.
