Jamshedpur, April 24: Students of The Department of Mechanical and Civil Engineering at Srinath University visited CSIR-NML Burmamines, for a comprehensive understanding of various facets including Waste Recycling, Kripp Lab, Non-Destructive Testing, and Metallurgical Testing history.
During the visit, students engaged in discussions with senior scientists Dr. K. Sahu, Dr. Animesh Jana, and Dr. S. Shiva Prasad from NML, who shared valuable insights. Accompanying faculty members including Head of Department Shashikant Singh and Assistant Professor Abhishek Kumar, among others, facilitated the interaction.
Shashikant Singh, expressing the significance of such visits, highlighted the role in providing students with firsthand knowledge about industrial practices. He emphasized the educational and motivational value of the visit, highlighting the diverse opportunities within the engineering domain.
