Jamshedpur, September 5: Srinath University and Srinath College of Education jointly celebrated Teachers’ Day to honor the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The program began with a floral tribute to Dr. Radhakrishnan, highlighting his contributions to education. The university management distributed gifts to the teaching staff, while students organized cultural programs and activities.
Chancellor Sukhdev Mahto expressed gratitude to the teachers, emphasizing their role as knowledge sources and role models who shaped students’ personalities. Principal Rachna Rashmi of Srinath College of Education encouraged students to respect their teachers daily and view them as spiritual guardians.
The event was attended by all faculty members, with student Swati Dwivedi and Yagnaseni Behra serving as anchors
