Sreeleathers Jamshedpur pays tribute to founder Suresh Chandra Dey

Aim to take forward the motto ‘World Class Right Price’ : Shekhar Dey

Jamshedpur, April 21: Sreeleathers family paid rich tributes to its founder and freedom fighter Suresh Chandra Dey on his 112th birth anniversary. Sreeleathers was established in the year 1952 at Sakchi, Jamshedpur. It has been more 70 years and Sreeleathers family vows to walk the path laid down by the founder.

During a programme organised at K Road showroom in Bistupur on Friday, April 21, homage was paid to Suresh Dey. Prominent people of the city along with Sreeleathers employees paid floral tributes to the founder.

On the occasion, Shekhar Dey, said, we are moving ahead following in the footsteps of our founder. “Jamshedpur is known for two companies, one Tata Steel and the other is Sreeleathers. The Sreeleathers family aims to take take forward the motto of founder Suresh Dey – ‘World Class Right Price’ . Today Sreeleathers showrooms have been established in every corner of the country as well as in foreign soil,” added Shekhar Dey.

He stated, “The way Japan has progressed after the World War, similarly Sreeleathers is also engaged in taking its business forward on the path of progress with the help of its two wings-founder Suresh Chandra Dey and his wife Kiranmayee Dey.”

Remembering his grandfather Suresh Chandra Dey, Sushanto Dey, partner, Sreeleathers said, “We should remember the sacrifices of our forefathers and follow the work done by them and move forward. Sreeleathers believes in expanding its business by utilizing the time and technology available in the market. Today we are delivering our products to every corner of the country through e-commerce platform.”

With its motto ‘World Class Right Price’, Sreeleathers has been serving the people and hopes to continue the same in years to come.
