Ranchi, Jan. 9: On the occasion of first Amavasya of the year 2016, special puja of Shanidev was held at Kala Jhanda Shani Mandir in Pandra on Saturday.
At the event evening rituals along with special puja by flowers and leafs was done. The rituals started at 8 in the morning which continued till late in the night.
The special puja started with curd, oil and other items with deity. At the event devotees were seen since the morning and prayed to the deity.
Present during the rituals was Purnima Kumari, Manju Kumari, Prateek Gourav Malhotra, Anu Srivastav, Rajesh Singh, Sarvajit Singh, Rakesh verma, Lalli Devi, Manju Singh and others. At the event 130 students of Sant Mikhaylal School were provided with food.
