Soren daughter-in-law files complaint against mother-in-law, brothers-in-law

Bokaro: Anjali Soren, elder daughter-in-law of Shibu Soren’s younger brother late Lalu Soren, has lodged a written complaint at the Bokaro Women’s police station accusing her husband Nityanand Soren, mother-in-law and two brothers-in-law of harassment.
After receiving Anjali Soren’s complaint, the police said that they would soon send her husband a notice summoning him to the police station.
In her complaint, Anjali Soren alleged that about five to six months ago, a case was also registered online in the Sector 6 police station in this connection, but the police did not do anything about it. Anjali Soren, however, said that she has no complaint against Hemant Soren, her brother-in-law and Jharkhand Chief Minister.
She said that every month Hemant Soren has been depositing Rs 10,000 in her account for the education and upbringing of two children. Anjali Soren said that the future of her son and daughter is also being ruined in the Soren household.
According to Anjali, she fell in love with Nityanand Soren through a missed call in 2007, after which they developed a friendship and got married. She is originally from Ranchi and her erstwhile name is Anjali Sahu.
Anjali said that after the death of father-in-law Lalu Soren, she was harassed even more. As a result, she is living alone for the last two years. There is no connection with her husband. Anjali told that despite this her husband comes to the house and abuses her. Anjali feared that her husband may make a fatal attack on her anytime.
