Jamshedpur, April 3: Soaring mercury has started taking its toll on the health of people. A motorcyclist, not identified so far, fell unconscious on the Tata-Kandra main road in Adityapur on Sunday, sources said.
According to sources, the man was passing through the main road between the Adityapur Toll Bridge and Sridungri on his way from Adityapur to Gamharia. Suddenly, he fainted in the middle of the road. Traffic police jawans and commuters rushed to the man’s rescue and sent him to hospital in an ambulance. Cops said the man had fainted most probably due to the hot weather.
Cops said the man was injured in the incident. They said they were trying to identify him on the basis of the registration number of his bike.
