Skill Training Programme Empowers Girls at Sakchi High School

Jamshedpur, Nov 12: Under the skill development initiative of the Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West, ten girls from Sakchi High School completed a three-month course in Cutting and Stitching at the Sahayog Centre. The participants received certificates of achievement on completion of the training.

The course, conducted under the guidance of a qualified instructor, aimed to promote self-reliance and skill development among young girls. Encouraged by the success of the programme, 18 new students have joined the next batch starting from November 1.

The school administration appreciated the club’s efforts in empowering students through vocational training.

On this occasion, District Secretary Nibha Mishra, President Sanober Hasan, Editor Usha Mahato, Past President Amita Sinha, and members Anup Shohan Pal, Jharna Malik, and Amita were present.
