Jamshedpur: Six students of NTTF R.D. Tata Technical Institute, Golmuri, have been selected by the Japanese robotics and automation company FANUC during a campus placement drive, securing annual packages of ₹5 lakh.
The selection process conducted by the company included a written examination followed by an interview round. The written test evaluated the students’ technical knowledge and individual skills, after which shortlisted candidates appeared for interviews. The students performed impressively throughout the selection process and successfully secured positions in the company.
The selected students are Gautam Kumar, Shivam, Akshat Gupta, Kisalay Jha, Sandeep Paul and Suraj Paul, all final-year diploma students from the Electronics Department of the institute.
FANUC is a globally renowned Japanese company known for providing advanced automation products and services, including robotics and computer numerical control (CNC) systems. The recruitment process involved multiple evaluation stages to assess the technical competence and aptitude of the candidates.
All six students will be joining FANUC at its Bengaluru facility with an annual package of ₹5 lakh. The institute expressed pride over the achievement and congratulated the students, wishing them success in their professional careers.
