Sita Soren emphasizes government’s commitment to public welfare through Sarkar Aapke Dwar Campaign

Ramgarh: In a concerted effort to bring the benefits of state government welfare schemes directly to the public, a camp was organized at the Panchayat level under the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ campaign. The initiative aims to address the concerns of the general public by providing a platform for interaction with block and district level officials from various departments.

Speaking at the ‘Janata Darbar’ organized under the ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ in Thadihat of Ramgarh block, local MLA Sita Soren highlighted the government’s commitment to extending welfare benefits to the grassroots level. Despite continuous drizzle, hundreds of people attended the Janata Darbar to seek resolutions to their problems.

During the camp, a total of 677 applications related to various departments were submitted by villagers. These included 595 applications for Abua Housing, 02 for new works under MNREGA, 03 for Ayushman Card, 04 for Caste Certificate, 39 for Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana, and 34 for Sarvajan Pension Yojana. MLA Sita Soren also approved the Birsa irrigation well for Geeta Devi and Rabri Devi during the camp.
Moreover, a significant step towards women’s empowerment and self-employment was taken as a loan of Rs 1.5 crore was distributed among the women of Mahila Sakhi Mandal run by JSLPS. The camp witnessed the presence of BDO Abhay Kumar, District Council Vice President Sudhir Mandal, Block Chief Babulal Murmu, MLA Ramgarh representative Nand Kishore Sah, Jama representative Kunal Singh Jhunnu, JMM Block President Shivlal Marandi, Secretary Nandlal Raut, and other officials, collectively working towards addressing the needs and concerns of the community.
