Jamshedpur, Aug 5: A case of cyber crime was lodged against one Satvinder Pal Singh for allegedly posting a defamatory comment against several persons.
Sources said the FIR was lodged with Bistupur Cyber PS against Satvinder, son of late Channan Singh, former Pradhan of Sonari Gurudwara, on the complaint of Gurdayal Singh, also a former Pradhan of Sonari Gurudwara.
In the complaint, Gurdayal Singh alleged that Satvinder had accused several office-bearers of Central Sikh Naujawan Sabha and few other outfits of being thieves through his Facebook post.
Gurdayal alleged that Satvinder had tried to spread rumours and hatred among the Sikh community. He said no criminal case was ever lodged against him in any court or city police station.
