Shyen School to host ‘Quantum 2016,’ Union Minister to inaugurate new building

Jamshedpur, Jan. 14: Sheyn International School is all set to organize the first annual conclave ‘Quantum 2016’ at the school’s Kandra campus on Saturday, January 16.

The school, which recently received CBSE affiliation, has planned a big event which will be attended by the Union minister for steel and mines Narendra Singh Tomar along with Bollywood singer Brijesh Shandiliya of “Tanu Weds Manu” and “Jai Ho.”

“It will be an honor and history making day as distinguished guests will inaugurate the new building of the school at Kandra campus and raise the bar in the history of Jamshedpur,” said Avinash Singh, chairman of the school.

The student,s who have excelled in various extracurricular activities including sports, speech, drama, dance and others, will be felicitated.

The entire program will be hosted by the students and it would provide them exposure and increase confidence level. The annual event is aimed at child’s holistic development where 5000 strong crowd is expected at the campus of Sheyn International School, added Singh, addressing a press conference at a city hotel on Thursday.

Manuj Sharma, principal of the school, said, the event will start at 6 p.m. with students’ performance including plays, songs and dance will be put up followed by a live concert by Brijesh Shandiliya. For the students performance a choreographer from Mumbai is training students for the big day.

MP Jagdambica Pal, Arjun Munda, former CM Jharkhand, state minister Saryu Rai, MLA Laxman Tudu and Sadhu Charan Mahato will be a part of the celebration.
