Jamshedpur, June 16: Shyam Bhatli Pariwar Charitable Trust of Jamshedpur organized Shyam Mahotsav program at Bhatli Shyam Baba Darbar in Odisha on Thursday evening.
Devotees in large number gathered at the venue for evening of nonstop bhajans. The religious event was hosted by Ramavtar Modi, Rourkela resident and member of Shyam Bhatli Pariwar Charitable trust, Tatanagar on the occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi.
On June 16 evening the bhajan programme started with Ganesh Vandana which continued till late in the night. Earlier, at around 8 pm devotees worshipped Baba Shyam were devotees in large number enjoyed the night at the darbar.
At the event artist from Jamshedpur- Mahabeer Agarwal, Anish Garodia and Chandil’s Neeraj Jalan presented nonstop bhajans which made the devotees sway. They also played flower holi at the venue.
The main attraction of the religious function was Chappan Bhog, Baba ka Bhandara, Alukik Sringar, grand darbar and Shyam Rasoi Prasad. Around 150 devotees from Tatanagar, Chandil, Musabani, Chakulia, Seraikela, Rourkela participated at the event for which they only had to pay the train fair rest all expenses was borne by the organisers.
The devotees left Tatanagar for Bhatli Dham, Odisha at 10.30 am on June 16 in Ispat Express.
The devotees will return back on June 17. To make the event successful Rajesh Pansari, president of the trust, Ramavtar Modi, Gagan Rustagi, Sudhir Agarwal, Govind Nagelia, Sunita Pasari, Puja Agarwal, Suman Nagelia, Kavita Dhoot, Mamta and others provided full support.
