Jamshedpur: Mother’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at ShikshaNiketan School, Telco, in the presence of students, teachers, and mothers. The programme began with a melodious group musical presentation performed by Principal SumitaDey along with the teachers.
Students presented colourful dance and musical performances dedicated to their mothers, expressing love, gratitude, and respect. Special activities were also organised for the mothers, who enthusiastically showcased their talents and actively participated in the celebrations.
Adding a meaningful touch to the event, a tree plantation drive was organised for the mothers to promote environmental awareness and responsibility. Awards were also presented to mothers as a mark of respect and appreciation for their dedication and contribution to their families.
On the occasion of RabindraJayanti, heartfelt tributes were paid to the great poet Rabindranath Tagore.
