Sheyn tiny tots learn table manners

Jamshedpur, Nov. 21: Sheyn International School conducted an activity on table manners for Pre – primary wing students on Monday.

Children learned to serve themselves, they also learned how to engage and communicate at the dinner table. It is important to teach the kiddies from a young age how to behave at the dinner table and table talk is the greatest way to start.

Teaching the little ones about trying all of the food on your plate, cleaning up and having good conversation were all part of the activity. Children were taught how to use knife and fork.

It included �Please� and �Thank You�. Constant conversation about the food they were eating helped create deeper understanding of the food and eventually healthy eating habits.
