Jamshedpur, Nov. 21: Voluntary organisation of Jamshedpur, Change India Foundation (CIF) has set a new trend in the field of the education system.
The only school in Babudih, lal bhatta (remote area of Jamshedpur) which stood with pale destroyed walls, a single dark room with damaged floor on which about 105+ students were made to sit has been changed entirely.
Seeing education battling with worst physical conditions in the school, team CIF decided to bring life with the aid of art.
10 students of KPS art school along with 40 team members including the local residents miraculously changed the entire facet of the school by putting up artifacts of popular cartoon characters, alphabets, numbers, books and many educational topics were painted on the walls in a very creative manner to rejuvenate energy among the students.
Also, floor covering mats and lighting facilities for the room were arranged to improve learning amenities. The whole locality supported and helped in the 3 day expedition from the journey of Darkness to enlightenment.
Director of Change India Foundation, Biswajeet Prasad said “Kerala Samajam School Trust helped us a lot for this event and for the first time I’ve seen a Private school helping a govt school to tackle its problems”.
All the team members of CIF, artists from KPS were present on this occasion, Naresh and Vinod provided the necessary guidance for this beautification.
