Seraikela, Sept 11: More than 5000 farmers of Seraikela-Kharsawan will participate in the launching ceremony of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mandhan Yojana on 12th September. The scheme will be launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was informed by the deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan A Dodde at the district collectorate on Tuesday.
The DC said the district administration had made the necessary arrangements to send the farmers to Ranchi. Farmers from all the blocks will be attending the programme. He said the administration was verifying payments made under Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana in all the blocks. All circle officers have been asked to make sure that no discrepancy creeps into the implementation of the said scheme, he said.
The DC said the benefits of Swachh Bharat Yojana would be given to all those left out till date. He further said that cent per cent target of Golden card issuance would be achieved under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana this month.
