Jamshedpur, Sept 11: East Singhbhum deputy commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla inaugurated Paediatric OPD and Telemedicine Centre in the premises of Sadar Hospital, Parsudih. The new facility is situated at the DEIC Centre of the hospital.
As many as six children were examined at the OPD today. Three of them were found to be suffering from cardiac problems. The DC spoke to the doctors of Sri Satya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Raipur, at the Telemedicine Centre and sought updates on their health status.
The DC said the children will be sent to the Raipur hospital for free treatment.
District civil surgeon Dr Maheshwar Prasad, Zila Parishad vice president Rajkumar Singh, DPM Naveen Kumar and many other district officials were present on the occasion.
