Seraikela. Dec. 4: For the third phase of panchayat polls in the state on December 5, people from Seraikela, Kharsawan and Kuchai will cast their votes from the district.
Election officials along with security officials reached several booths on the eve of polls, on Friday, December 4.
Bhism Singh, district election official said, the voting will start at 7 am and continue till 3 pm amidst high security.
After the polling is over, magistrate district wise will take the ballot box and will deposit it in the strong room at Kashi Sahu College in Seraikela.
