Sensodyne and IDA honor Jamshedpur dentists on World Dentist’s Day

Jamshedpur, October 27: In celebration of World Dentist’s Day, Sensodyne, in collaboration with the Indian Dental Association (IDA), felicitated Jamshedpur dentists for their contributions to oral health. The event featured discussions on advancements in dentistry and honored local dental professionals. Dr. Eric Liu Min Chung was celebrated as a ‘Father Figure’ in regional dental care, while Dr. Gourav Raj Singh, Dr. Vishal Raj Singh, and Dr. Sithun Sarangi were recognized for their impactful contributions in community health, patient care, and technological excellence, respectively. Sensodyne also launched #DoctorsOfJoy digital films, highlighting the essential role of dentists in India.

Dr. Ashok Dhoble, Hon. Secretary General, Indian Dental Association, added, “At IDA, our mission is to make oral health a priority across India. We aim to shift the public’s focus from curative treatments to preventive care. Through this collaboration with Sensodyne, we are honoring the dentists who are leading this change, making a real impact in their communities, and advancing the field of dentistry.”

In celebration of World Dentist’s Day, Sensodyne also launched AI-powered personalized videos to honor dentists, offering a unique way for them to connect with their patients and communities. Additionally, four digital films titled #DoctorsOfJoy were released on social media platforms, paying tribute to the significant role dentists play in enhancing the oral health and well-being of individuals across India.
