Jamshedpur, Sep. 2 : To spread awareness on cleanliness as part of its �Swachhta Abhiyan� and CBSE guidelines SDSM School for Excellence is celebrating Swachh Bharat Pakhwara from 1st to 15th September 2017 with the focus on the students in taking leadership role for sanitation initiatives.
The aim of swachhta pakhwara observed by the school was to spread awareness on cleanliness and implementation across the country. On the very first day Principal, Mrs. Moushumi Das administered the Swachhta Pledge to all the students and staff members.
The following activities will be conducted by the school during the pakhwara- Essay competition on cleanliness and hygiene practices in school, Inspection of sanitary facilities in school by safe club, Quiz competition on cleanliness and hygiene practices in school, Painting competition for students, staff & parents, Debate on swachhta and rally to propagate the theme of the pakhwara among the citizens of nearby area with the representatives.
