Jamshedpur, Aug. 19: A Science and Mathematics exhibition was held at ADLS Sunshine School today. Students from Standard I to Standard XI took part in the event.
The exhibition is organised every year by the Science club and Mathematics club for popularizing Science and Mathematics education amongst children teachers and parents.
More than 53 science models and 45 mathematics models were prepared and displayed beautifully by the students under the guidance of the teachers.
here were many working models as well. Parents visited the exhibition and were visibly impressed.
The young scientists and mathematicians created amazing models that aimed at solving the environmental problems. The judges, Balaka Dutta (MNPS), Renu Sinha (MNPS),
Vinita Prasad (JH Tarapore, Dhatkidih), Sharmistha (JH Tarapore, Dhatkidih), interacted with students who exuded confidence while explaining to them the various projects and charts exhibited.
The principal while addressing the students emphasized on the benefits of organising such exhibitions in schools.
“It gives the students right exposure and a platform where they can showcase their talent. Exhibition is learning beyond text books. It promotes the concept of research, development and creativity,” she added.
