SCCI’s Chamber Premier League Cricket Tournament kicks off in Jamshedpur

PST 11, Industry 11 register wins

Jamshedpur, Jan 16: The fourth edition of the Chamber Premier League Cricket Tournament organized by the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) was inaugurated on Tuesday by the Chief Guest, DDC Manish Kumar and Rural SP Rishabh Garg.

The dignitaries expressed admiration for the enthusiasm and dedication shown by the chamber members/players in playing cricket even in chilly weather.

DDC Manish Kumar emphasized the positive impact of businesses promoting sports, stating that such enthusiasm contributes to the growth of sports. SCCI President Vijay Anand Moonka welcomed the guests and members, highlighting the Chamber’s commitment to social responsibility.

General Secretary of SCCI Manav Kedia, mentioned that three matches will be played on Wednesday, with the semi-finals and finals scheduled for Thursday. He urged all members to attend the matches with their families to boost the morale of the players. The Chamber expressed gratitude to the sponsors, including Triveni Engineering Private Limited, Miyuki Technologies Private Limited, Samudra Bilas, Mandarmani Mohit Photography and Medicine Point, Dogout Banzara, and Tamasha.

Results of Today’s Cricket Matches:

In the first match between PRD Blue 11 and PST 11, PRD Blue 11 set a challenging target of 107 runs, but PST 11 emerged victorious.

The second match saw Trade and Commerce 11 facing Industry 11, with Trade and Commerce setting a target of 90 runs. However, Industry 11 secured the win.

The third match between PRD Blue 11 and Executive 11 witnessed PRD Blue 11 challenging Executive 11 with a target of 126 runs, ultimately winning the match.
