Jamshedpur, March 20: Holi was celebrated with fervour by the members of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SCCI) at Chamber Bhavan, Bistupur. The outfit members showered rose petals in place of colours and gulal and greeted one another on the festive occasion. Chamber president Vijay Anand Moonka said Holi teaches love and brotherhood to one and all. Forgetting all differences and embracing everyone is the message of this festival, he said.
Moona said chemicals and a great deal of water are used in playing Holi. Keeping this in mind, the Chamber organized eco-friendly Holi this year.
Many dignitaries were present during the celebration.
