Jamshedpur, Oct 17: East Jamshedpur Assembly constituency legislator Saryu Roy has been regularly receiving complaints from residents of many localities in his constituency who have not received any water connection either from the Moharda Water Supply Project or from JUSCO. Some even state that they had submitted their applications to JUSCO since 2015 and they had been issued receipts but, apart from assurances water supply connections had not yet been provided. Saryu Roy directed his PA Ranjan Keshri to take up the issue with the JUSCO management. Keshri in turn wrote to the MD, JUSCO mentioning the facts and attaching a lsit of localities where water supply had not been provided. Roy has urged the JUSCO authorities to provide connections to the denizens to ameliorate their basic water problems.
