Jamshedpur: Sai Parivar Vishwa Seva Sansthan members organized annadaan programme at Gandhi Ashram, Baradwari, here on Sunday. It was the first of a slew of events lined up to mark Sai Baba�s centenary year celebrations being held all over the world. The trustee of the institute Anoop Ranjan said donation of foodgrains was the biggest of all donations and virtues. He said it was food that gave sustenance to life. He said today�s day is important since Sai Baba had left this mortal world on 15th October 1918. Ranjan said a number of welfare programmes would be held every month. Today�s programme was monitored and guided by Durga Ghosh Choudhary and Chandra Shekhar Singh. Among others present on the occasion included Vijay Kumar Singh, Shikha Roy Choudhary, Kumund Singh, Reena Singh, Ranjana Mukherjee and Sushila Sardar.
