Jamshedpur, Sept. 25: Couple Bicycle Ride – “Biwi Pyari Aao Karen Cycle Sawaari� was conducted by Sports Dept, Tata Steel on Sunday morning at JRD Tata Sports complex for employees of Tata Steel and Communities.
This is a new Initiative of Sports Dept. Route for the bicycle ride was- Basketball Court, JRD Sports Complex > Mohun Ahuja Stadium > Jubilee Flat > CFE > Jubilee Officer Flat round about > Towards Sacred Heart > JRD Complex. Total of 10 couples participated in the event.
S K Emamuddin and Rashia Perveen were crowned the winners of the contest followed by Mrs. & Mr. Uday Gupta, Anmol Kumar and Rinki Kumari, Mrs & Mr. Rabindra Sah and Stanley Hembram and Rashmi.
Mukul Vinayak Choudhari, Administrator, (TFA & Sports) was the Chief Guest and flagged off the race and distributed the prizes to winners also.
Tata Security, JRD Sports Complex Security and Panther Security cooperated in making the event successful. Avinash Kumar conducted the event and was supported by B K Jena, Ajit Singh, V Raman, Arun Sinha and V Goswami.
