RVS College Jamshedpur marks 22nd Foundation Day

Jamshedpur, May 24: Jamshedpur witnessed a momentous occasion as the local RVS College of Engineering and Technology (RVSCET) celebrated its 22nd Foundation Day with great fervor and enthusiasm. The Foundation Ceremony, held in the college auditorium, was graced by esteemed dignitaries and highlighted the institution’s journey of growth and excellence.

Chairing the ceremony was Binda Singh, Chairman of RVS Educational Trust, who initiated the proceedings by collectively lighting the ceremonial lamp alongside Secretary Bharat Singh, Treasurer Shatrughan Singh, Governing Body Member R.S. Singh, Shakti Singh, and the college Principal, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari.

In his address to the assembled staff, Secretary Bharat Singh expressed pride in the college’s progress, underscoring its ongoing journey towards greater heights of achievement. He commended the efforts of Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari and pledged unwavering support from the college management for further advancement.

Treasurer Shatrughan Singh reiterated the institution’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure and striving for national-level recognition. He lauded the collective efforts of all staff members in driving the college’s development agenda forward.

Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari extended a warm welcome to the guests and highlighted the college’s notable achievements over the past year, particularly emphasizing the significance of the newly established departments in Diploma, BBA, and BCA.

Governing Body Member R.S. Singh, reflecting on his longstanding association with the college, expressed joy at witnessing its evolution into a well-developed institution and extended his best wishes to all members of the college community.

The event saw the presence of department heads, deans, teachers, and non-teaching staff, with the proceedings skillfully conducted by Prof. Smita Das.
