Jamshedpur, July 23: Rich tributes were paid to freedom fighter Chandra Shekhar Azad on his birth anniversary by students of RVS Academy during the morning�s prayer session. The students of Std IX presented a special programme comprising pictorial depictions, patriotic songs and glimpses of Azad�s life and works through speeches and observations to highlight the martyr�s contribution to the cause of freeing the country from British bondage.
The school�s Principal, teachers and all students were present during the event. The Principal urged the students to contribute to the cause of the country as responsible citizens.
