Jamshedpur, July 11: RVS Academy proudly hosted the Albert Barrow Memorial All India Inter-School Creative Writing Competition 2025 (Senior Category, Class 11 & 12), organized under the aegis of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The prestigious literary event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 17 reputed schools across regions including Patna, Odisha and Jamshedpur.
The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, conducted by RVS Academy Chairman Binda Singh, Principal Veesha Mohindra and Vice Principal Pooja Suman, marking the auspicious start of the competition.
The topic for the creative writing contest—sent by the Council in a sealed envelope—was unveiled on stage by Manu Mahato, a senior teacher from Mount View School, in the presence of Principal Veesha Mohindra. This transparent process ensured strict adherence to CISCE norms and maintained the integrity of the competition.
As a token of appreciation, Chairman Binda Singh presented a memento to Manu Mahato for her valuable role as the supervisor of the event.
