Jamshedpur: Two persons, identified as Pankaj and Deepak, fell out violently at District Transport Officer (DTO) on Thursday.
Pankaj sustained head injury as Deepak allegedly hit him with a cane. Police sources said the two are middlemen who make money by offering to help people get their licence certificates submitted and licence issued.
Bistupur police sent Pankaj to MGM Hospital and began investigation into the incident.
The two persons later settled the dispute by withdrawing their complaints.
