Jamshedpur, Feb 28: A public outrage was witnessed at Tata Motors Hospital on Thursday following the death of a 12 year old girl, Anshu Kumari. The girl�s kin and well-wishers created ruckus while alleging that the girl died due to wrong treatment. A complaint was made to the SP City in this connection.
Sources said the girl was admitted to the hospital on 25th February last after she complained of stomach pain and vomiting. The girl was taken to the ICU. She was kept on ventilator. She died during treatment, sources said.
Samresh Thakur, resident of Jhagru Bagan and father of the deceased, demanded details of the medicine given to his daughter and action against the doctors on duty.
Police said the postmortem examination of the girl would be performed tomorrow.
