Ruckus at Okinawa Praise Pro showroom in Jamshedpur 

Jamshedpur, April 24: Customers of Okinawa Praise Pro vehicle created a ruckus in Ulidih, Mango. This ruckus happened in the showroom of the dealer. Customer Anas Kamran told that he had bought Okinawa Praise Pro electric vehicle.

While buying the vehicle, the manager had said that there is a three-year warranty on many parts of the vehicle, but now the parts are getting damaged, so he is not replacing them.

When the shocker of the car got damaged, he said to get it replaced with his own money. Many customers are similarly troubled. Kamran told that the battery and motor of all the vehicles are bad, but the dealer runs them. If the battery comes from the company, it sends it to the market and does not put it in our car. In protest against this, all the customers together lodged a complaint at Ulidih police station on Monday. The police is investigating the matter.

  1. Okinawa showroom in Hosur also has same issue. For 10rs fuse. They are asking us to pay for replacement of controller. Whatever we save in electric vehicle we pay to service centre. No difference in cost of running the vehicle.

  2. Same in Bangalore my battery as gone with in year getting heated while charging gave it SLN showroom in Banashankari on Jan 30th still date I didn’t get my battery no response from them, Okinawa is one of waste scooter don’t buy Okinawa waste service
