Jamshedpur, Oct 19: In a celebration of unity and cultural diversity, the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City organized a lively Navratri celebration at Narbheram English Medium School on Wednesday.
The event provided an opportunity for the entire community to come together and take part in the joyous festivities of garba. The evening was filled with excitement, surprise gifts, and spirited competitions that added an extra layer of delight for the participants.
A highlight of the evening was the enchanting performance by students from the Interact School, showcasing their talents in garba.Their participation added a special touch of inclusivity and cultural exchange to the celebration.
Suchanda Banerjee presided over the event as the judge. The participants not only showcased their dancing prowess but also their creativity in the competitions.
The festive spirit extended to the dining area, where participants enjoyed a delectable spread of Gujarati cuisine. The Rotarians and Rotary Lets, along with the club members, revelled in the festivities, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy.
