RMS High School to celebrate Silver Jubilee

Jamshedpur, April 3: RMS High School, Khutadih (Sonari), has completed 25 successful years in the field of education and is set to celebrate its Silver Jubilee on April 5 at the XLRI Auditorium, starting at 6:00 PM.

The announcement was made during a press conference held at the school auditorium by Sanjay Kedia, President of the Rajasthan Maitri Sangh (RMS), and Principal Dr. Parinita Shukla.

They informed that Dr. Sunita Mukherjee, former Head of the United Nations Population Fund, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, while former Indian cricketer and Jharkhand State Cricket Association Secretary Saurabh Tiwary will attend as the Guest of Honor.

The celebration will feature vibrant cultural performances by around 210 students, showcasing their diverse talents. Guests and school management members will also share reflections on the institution’s 25-year journey.

Established in 2001 under the leadership of the late D.P. Khariya, the school was transferred from Tata Steel to the Rajasthan Maitri Sangh. It began as a small Hindi-medium school with just 37 students up to Class 5 and has since grown into a CBSE-affiliated English-medium 10+2 institution with 1,394 students. The school received CBSE affiliation for Class 10 in 2016 and continues to excel in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
