Ranchi: Union rural development minister Jairam Ramesh and Chief Minister Hemant Soren seem to have developed differences over running the state government. None of the leaders has however come forth to voice his comment on each other.
The differences came to light when the CM arrived late at a workshop on direct benefit transfer in the state Capital on Saturday. Soren arrived after around 50 minutes.
The Union minister left the programme to participate in some other programme. Sources said Ramesh has expressed resentment over the late arrival of the CM.
