Jamshedpur: Sheyn International School celebrated the 66th Republic Day in the campus by hoisting the National Flag.
Chief Guest on the occasion, chairman of the School Avinash Singh along with Pro vice chairman Jyoti Singh and principal, AB Sinha. The National Anthem was sung which was followed by the march past by all the four houses.
A Special cultural programme was organized by the Sheynites from Prep to Std VIII based on the theme �Unity in Diversity�. A special speech was delivered by Tauqeer of Std VIII and Smriti Priya of Std IX, both in English and Hindi. Poetries were recited by Aditya Parth of Std III on patriotism.
The Chief Guest wished everyone a very happy republic day and asked Sheynites to �Be the change that they want to see in the world�.
He also urged them to spread message of peace, love and respect wherever they go.
The event ended with the National Song and sweets were distributed among the students.
