Jamshedpur, Oct 14: A guest lecture on “Development Mindset” was held at Karim City College, Sakchi, organized by the college’s Placement Cell and IQAC. The guest speaker, Rizwanuddin, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, addressed teachers and students, offering insights on achieving success in life. He emphasized that challenges must be accepted, and failures should be viewed as learning opportunities. Rizwanuddin explained that success is defined by personal satisfaction, which comes from hard work, focus on health, clear thinking, and pursuing one’s interests. He added that a life without effort cannot lead to meaningful achievements. The lecture received positive responses from the audience, as Rizwanuddin’s practical advice resonated with the students, motivating them to aim for both personal and professional success. College Principal, Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, welcomed the guest and congratulated the Placement Cell and IQAC for organizing such a valuable session.

 Karim City College holds condolence meeting for Ratan Tata

Jamshedpur, Oct 14: Karim City College, Sakchi, held a condolence meeting in memory of Ratan Tata, former chairman of the Tata Group, following his death on 9 October 2024 at the age of 86. Teachers, non-teaching staff, and students gathered in the college auditorium to pay tribute to the industrialist, observing two minutes of silence in his honour.

College Principal, Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, spoke about Tata’s remarkable contributions, highlighting his visionary leadership and the global recognition of the Tata Group under his guidance. Reyaz expressed deep sorrow over the loss of such an influential figure and prayed for his soul’s peace. He also conveyed optimism for the future of Tata Trust under the leadership of Noel Tata, Ratan Tata’s successor.
