Jamshedpur: Indian Red Cross Society, Jamshedpur chapter, organized its 469th cataract treatment camp at Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital, Bagbera.
The mass surgery camp concluded here on Monday. The camp was held in joint collaboration with Lion�s Club of Jamshedpur North. Sudipto Mukherjee, Arun Ghosh and IS Rao of Lion�s Club helped the recovering patients wear glasses post surgery and dispensed medicines to them with the assistance of a team of doctors.
The guests were welcomed by Balmukund Goel, president of the hospital. The 470th eye camp of Red Cross will be held from 22nd to 24th April. This was informed by the honorary secretary of Red Cross Vijay Kumar Singh.
