Book ‘Ratan Tata: Ek Dhruv Tara’ launched in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: A commemorative book titled Ratan Tata: Ek Dhruv Tara was officially launched on Friday evening at the Rajasthan Seva Sadan Auditorium in Bistupur. Organized in collaboration with the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), the event was graced by prominent personalities.

The book was unveiled jointly by Dainik Jagran’ s Editorial Head Uttam Nath Pathak, Unit Head Dilawar Sahu, Marketing Area Head Dharmendra Kumar, CAIT’s National Joint Secretary Suresh Sonthalia, Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce General Secretary Manav Kedia, former General Secretary Bharat Vasani, Jewelers Association President Bipinbhai Adesara, and several other distinguished guests, including Mukesh Mittal, President of the East Singhbhum Marwari Society.
Marking the 87th birth anniversary of Ratan Tata on December 28, Dainik Jagranhas compiled various aspects of his remarkable life into this book, which will be distributed free of cost with the December 28 issue of the newspaper.
The event witnessed the presence of key members of the Jamshedpur business community, including Dilip Goyal, President of Jamshedpur Distributor Association, former Asia Chairperson Santosh Khaitan, Small Industries Association President Vinod Sharma, Commercial Bar Association Vice President Rajesh Agarwal, and numerous other dignitaries.
Ratan Tata: The Patriarch of Jamshedpur
Jamshedpur: During the event, CAIT’s National Joint Secretary Suresh Sonthalia hailed Ratan Tata as a “Patriarch” for the people of Jamshedpur. Reflecting on Tata’s immense contributions, Sonthalia remarked, “Ratan Tata was not just a guiding force for Jamshedpur but also elevated India’s standing globally. This book, which chronicles his extraordinary achievements, will serve as a cherished legacy. His unparalleled contributions and values make him a true ‘Dhruv Tara’ (Pole Star), eternally shining as a beacon of inspiration.”
The evening concluded with a warm acknowledgment of Ratan Tata’s legacy, leaving attendees inspired by the life and work of the iconic former Chairman of Tata Group.
