Jamshedpur, Dec. 7: Sri Rani Sati Seva Sangh will organise its first Sharad Utsav on Dec 20 at the ram mandir complex in Bistupur.
The one-day religious event which would start at 9 am will boast of mangal paath, henna celebration and sindhara, said an organizer during a press conference.
He informed that a total of 1500 women from the city and nearby locations will participate in the mangal path. The women will have to present access card in order to participate in the path.
During the first part of the program, mehndi of Dadi and Sindhara will be held from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
Mangal path will start from 1 pm were singer Ujjwal from Nagpur will present the path.
At the religious function more than 300 devotees of Dadi will arrive in the city form West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Purulia, Jharkhand, Burdwan, Rairangpur, Bahalda, Baripada, Chaibasa, Chakradharpur, Joda, Barbil, Noamundi, Ranchi, Gaya and Sasaram.
