Ranchi Inspector Rajesh Sinha dies of heart attack in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Nov 26: Police Inspector Rajesh Kumar Sinha, who was admired for his honesty and service during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, tragically passed away on Tuesday due to a heart attack. He was a resident of Ramnagar, Kadma.

According to his wife, Sonal Sinha, Rajesh had complained of back pain the previous night and had taken medicine before going to bed. After following his usual routine in the morning and having breakfast, he went back to sleep. When his wife went to wake him up around 9:00 AM, she found him unconscious. With the help of neighbors, he was rushed to Tata Main Hospital (TMH), where doctors declared him dead.

Rajesh Sinha had recently returned to Jamshedpur on leave after fulfilling election duty in Dhanbad. His sudden passing has shocked the entire police department.

The Jharkhand Police Association expressed deep condolences. Akshay Ram, former General Secretary of the association, shared that he had worked alongside Rajesh during the elections and described his passing as an irreparable loss to both the police department and the community. He assured Rajesh’s family of full support during this difficult time.

A guard of honor will be held for Rajesh Sinha at the police line in Jamshedpur on Wednesday, followed by his last rites.
