Ram Mandir consecration: Police increase vigilance in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur:  In view of the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the police force in Jamshedpur has ramped up its alertness and security measures to ensure the smooth conduct of events and maintain public order. The heightened vigilance comes as a precautionary step to preempt any untoward incidents and to safeguard the peace and harmony of the city.

Law enforcement agencies implemented a series of security measures across key areas of Jamshedpur. Increased police presence is evident in and around religious institutions, community centers, and other sensitive locations. The objective is to provide a visible deterrent and immediate response capability in case of any security concerns.

Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal kept a close watch on every activity across the city from the CCR located at Sakchi police station.

During this period, both the senior officers of the district kept giving necessary instructions to the administrative and police officials regarding security and maintenance of law and order. Authorities have also utilized CCTV surveillance to closely monitor public spaces and crowded areas.
