Jamshedpur: Youth Congress leader Rakesh Sahu was nominated Kolhan divisional coordinator of Jharkhand State Congress Committee�s social media wing. He was nominated by the social media chairman Mayur Shekhar Jha following the instructions of state Congress president Dr Ajoy Kumar.
