Jamshedpur, Aug 16: Rajendra Vidyalaya (RV) commemorated the 77th Independence Day with a vibrant celebration held within the school’s Sakchi premises. The event saw the presence of Dr Shivkumar Singh, Vice President of the Bihar Association, who proudly unfurled the national flag. The occasion was graced by esteemed senior members of the Bihar Association, the school’s Principal, and the entire teaching staff.
The flag hoisting ceremony was followed by a reflection on the sacrifices of the nation’s freedom fighters by the chief guest. He also took the opportunity to impart the significance of freedom to the attending children. The youthful energy of the students came alive through a variety of cultural performances presented on this special day.
