Jamshedpur, Feb 11: The Meteorological Department has issued a weather alert for Jharkhand, indicating the possibility of rain accompanied by thunder and lightning on 12th, 13th, and 14th February. A yellow alert has been issued in anticipation of the weather conditions, with indications of rain persisting into 15th February.
The districts likely to experience rainfall include Ranchi, Bokaro, Gumla, Hazaribagh, Khunti, Ramgarh, Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, Bakaro, Dhanbad, among others. Light to moderate rainfall is expected in some of these districts.
The Jharkhand Meteorological Department has provided additional insights, mentioning a potential increase in minimum temperatures by 3 to 4 degrees over the next 2 to 3 days. Following this period of rain, the weather is anticipated to become clear and dry on 16th and 17th February.
