Railway Muslim Employees Welfare Association’s Blood donation drive collects 62 units

Jamshedpur, April 25: Despite the blistering heat and scorching sun, the Railway Muslim Employees Welfare Association Tatanagar organized fourth blood donation camp at the Railway Officer Club. In a display of unwavering dedication to humanitarian values, the association’s members tirelessly worked to collect 62 units of blood.

The event, graced by Pankaj Sinha, Vice President of the District Council, and Raj Kumar Singh, Former District Vice Chairman, saw an outpouring of support and encouragement for the blood donors. Both guests expressed gratitude towards the organizers, acknowledging the Railway Muslim Committee’s consistent efforts in welfare activities.

Collaborating with the Prateek Sangharsh Foundation and Jamshedpur Blood Centre, the association ensured the smooth execution of the blood donation camp. The hard work of the medical team and the commendable service of Prateek Sangharsh Foundation Chairman Arijit Sarkar were duly recognized and honored by the committee officials.

The success of the blood donation camp was attributed to the collective efforts of all members, with special mention given to Committee Chief Haji E R Khan, Secretary Imtiaz Ahmed, and President Moizur Rahman, among others, who played pivotal roles in organizing the event.

The presence of distinguished individuals such as Sheikh Farid, Kausar Alam, Iqbal Khan, Wahid Ali, Mo Sajjad, Haji Yusuf, Haji Mo Mazhar, Mo Arman, Tanveer Jacky, Waliullah, and Ebrar Alam further enriched the program, highlighting the community’s solidarity in contributing to humanitarian causes.
