Jamshedpur, Aug 4: Two unidentified miscreants looted a mobile phone from one Shankar Lal, a Railway employee, near Railway High School under Bagbera police station area on Wednesday late evening. They reportedly came out of the school campus and snatched the victim’s mobile phone before fleeing towards Gandhinagar. Shankar Lal lodged an FIR against the culprits soon thereafter.
